Shorts safe area

Keeps the typing bar above the Shorts/Reels bottom overlay (title, channel, buttons) and frames the chat with black side strips ~2 characters wide, so the header, DP, name, bubbles and compose bar all clear the side rails.

Video size

Chat screens are mostly static pixels — Standard looks identical to High at ~1/3 the size (~680 MB per 30 min vs ~2.2 GB). Compact is ~340 MB per 30 min.

Honor chat: directives — fade between conversations.

Notifications

Honor notify: directives — banner + sound.
